Delivery & Returns

Please note that due to COVID-19 we are currently facing slower than usual shipping times.  Please bear with us, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

Shipping Times & Costs

Zimbabwe & South Africa standard shipping is free & takes 1-3 working days

UK & USA standard shipping is $20 & takes 3-7 working days.

Worldwide please allow 7 days for delivery & $30 shipping fee

All shipment's require a signature.

Taxes & Duties

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Zimbabwe & South Africa may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.  Any shipping or handling queries can be sent to info@jdelarue.com

Tracking Your Order

You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email which will include the tracking number & a link to the Aramex or Fedex website.  It may take a few hours from receipt of your dispatch email for your order to be loaded into the system.

Returns

Should you wish to exchange your order or your request a refund, orders must be returned, as new, within 30 days of the delivery date.   Please contact us on info@jdelarue.com for further assistance with your return.

Products on Backorder

Any items which state "On Backorder" means they are either being made or in the 'pipeline'. Please note that since all J de la Rue products are handmade using custom materials, there may be a lead time or 2-8 weeks.  Please email us on info@jdelarue.com and we will be able to give you a dispatch date.

Terms & Conditions

J de la Rue does it's best to keep stock levels up to date, however it can happen where an item shown is no longer available. Once J de la Rue has received your order request it will be processed within 1-2 working days subject to availability, should your product not be available, we will contact you via email to give you the option to go with something else or be refunded.  The remainder of your order will still be processed.

We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

We do not take responsibility for items that have specific delivery requirements not specified on their original order. This becomes the responsibility of the courier. I.e. leaving items in a safe place or authorising delivery without a signature.
